Born and raised in Southern Arizona, Becca moved to the PNW to learn her trade and perfect her craft in barbering. After school she chose to specialize in Barbering, completing her Master Barbering License with Weldon Barbers in January 2020. Shortly after the world changed due to the pandemic and she decided to move south making Jarrell her new home. Her skills range from all over shear cuts to fades and taming every kind of beard there is. Come see her for all your barbering needs. 

Tasha is an experienced barber with a passion for travel, which has given her the ability to connect effortlessly with a wide range of clients and teammates. With six years in the industry, she has excelled as a shop manager, trainer, and key player in launching new stores. Tasha's vibrant and positive energy makes her a joy to be around, both in and out of the workplace.

Originally from Laredo and now calling Austin home, Rosi is our OG Texan. Skilled in both men's and women's hair, she consistently pursues professional growth and excellence in her barber and salon artistry. If you want to see her true charm in action, just put a baby in her chair and watch her work her magic.

Lily, with seven years of experience as a licensed barber, recently made the bold decision to leave chain-based shops and embark on a new journey at a high-end barbershop. As our newest team member, she brings a fresh perspective and delivers impeccable haircuts. Lily's skills and dedication truly shine through in her flawless work.

Tonilinn is the essential force that keeps our operations running smoothly. From managing payroll and handling orders to sending thoughtful "Thanks A Latte" notes and coffee to brighten our busy weeks, she is truly indispensable. Based remotely in the Seattle area, Tonilinn is always just a phone call away when we need assistance. For nearly a decade, our master barber and talented stylist, Stephanie, has worked in salons and shops from coast to coast. Since the opening of Compass Barbershop in February 2023, she has made it her home, delivering exceptional services from vibrant hair colors to pristine head shaves. Her favorite part of the industry is meeting people from all walks of life and transforming their look from a "look" to a "LOOK".

After traveling the world as part of a military family, Tiara pursued her passion for beauty at the Paul Mitchell School of Beauty in Austin. Upon graduating, she specialized in men's hair, accumulating five years of experience in a salon-style environment. Her professional journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, as she consistently delivers high-quality results and stays abreast of the latest industry trends.

Ty is the newest addition to our team. After many years as a kindergarten teacher, she chose to embark on a new career path and earned her barbering license in 2022. She joined Compass Barbershop to focus on mastering her craft and developing strong foundational skills. Her experience working with children has honed her ability to connect with clients of all ages, and her dedication to learning is setting her on the path to becoming a top-tier barber.

Cat is the owner of Alchemy Salon in Georgetown, TX. Her expertise as a colorist is exceptional, delivering rich and vibrant results that truly stand out. She joined our team to broaden her network and to deepen her knowledge of barbering by learning from our skilled team of master barbers. 

Tõmas encompasses dedication and customer service. Holding down front-of-house duties - Tõmas is known for his excellent customer service skills and welcoming demeanor. He ensures every client feels valued and well-cared for from the moment they step through the door. His commitment to creating a positive experience for all visitors makes him an integral part of the Compass Barbershop team.
